This year Simon Cowell will be mentoring the groups category on The X Factor. On hearing the news from the shows procedures, Simon could not contain his displeasure saying:
‘Thank you for repaying all of my hard work on the show this year. I can’t believe it. Two words – stitch up!’

The groups are:

FYD
Husstle
White Vine RawHigs/The Season
Diva Fever
Twem
Princes and Rogues
1 Direction
Belle Amie.

Simon has mentored the groups category twice before and managed a top 3 stop on each occasion. With the success of JLS under the supervision of Louis Walsh two years ago, Simon would be hoping to go one better and have a group win the competition for the first time in X Factor history.
