John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty miso baked aubergines with green beans and chilli to start the new year on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 2 large aubergines , 100g white miso, 50ml mirin and 50g caster sugar.
For the green beans: 200g green beans, 10ml vegetable oil, 2 banana shallots, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced , 2 long red chillies, sliced , 2 tbsp sesame seeds and 20ml dark soy sauce.
