Michel Roux served up a tasty salad composee with radishes and Dijon mustard vinaigrette on Michel Roux’s French Country Cooking.
The ingredients include: Breakfast radishes, cauliflower, pre-cooked chickpeas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and mixed salad leaves.
For the french vinaigrette dressing: red wine vinegar,olive oil, Dijon mustard, black pepper and shallots.
Slices of oven dried baguette croutons with garlic to serve.
