Jamie Oliver served up a tasty fennel gratin with cream, garlic and cheese on Jamie: Together At Christmas.

The ingredients are: 2 large bulbs of fennel, 1 bulb of garlic, olive oil, 50 g cheese , ( mixture of Cheddar, Lancashire and blue) and 250 ml single cream.
