Mary Berry and Leah served up a delicious Christmas tiramisu red fruit trifle on Mary Berry’s Festive Feasts.
The ingredients include: trifle sponge fingers, 450ml strong coffee, 40ml brandy and dark chocolate.
For the red fruit compote: 500g frozen mixed berries, 50g caster sugar, 2 tsp water and 1 tsp cornflour.
For the mascarpone layer: 250g mascarpone cheese , 600ml double pouring cream, 6tbsp icing sugar and 1tsp vanilla extract.
