Patty served up tasty leftover roast potatoes with green mango salad as part of a festive spread on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients for the salad are: 2 unripe green mangoes (green skin and hard to the touch), 2 garlic cloves, minced, 2 tbsp rapeseed oil, Juice of 2 limes, 1 green chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped, Salt and freshly ground black pepper to season.
