Mary Berry roasted pepper with beetroot, feta cheese and sun-dried tomato tart recipe on Love To cook

Mary Berry served up a tasty roasted pepper with beetroot, sun-dried tomato paste, feta cheese and puff pastry tart (galette) on Love To cook.

The ingredients are: 1 yellow pepper, halved and deseeded, 1 red pepper, halved and deseeded, 1 × 320g sheet of all-butter puff pastry, 3 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 200g feta cheese, finely crumbled, 600g cooked and peeled beetroot, thinly sliced into rounds, 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and 50g rocket leaves.
