Nadiya Hussain served up a delicious choc-mint roll – chocolate mint roll cake – with dark chocolate, mint ganache and mint cream on Nadiya’s Fast Flavours.
The ingredients for the chocolate cake: 20 chocolate-covered mini rolls (2 packs).
For the mint ganache: 50g milk chocolate, roughly chopped, 50ml double cream and ¼ tsp mint extract.
For the mint cream: 150ml double cream, 1½ tbsp caster sugar and 10 fresh mint leaves.
For the decoration (optional): about 35 large fresh mint leaves and 60g dark chocolate.
