Mary Berry chocolate profiteroles with choux pastry and whipped cream recipe on Love To Cook

Mary Berry served up delicious dark chocolate profiteroles with choux pastry and whipped cream on Love To Cook.

The ingredients are: 50g butter, 150ml water, 75g plain flour, sifted, 2 eggs, beaten, plus, 1 extra egg, beaten and 200ml pouring double cream.

For the chocolate sauce: 75ml double cream and 75g Bournville dark chocolate, broken into pieces.

  1. I’ve just made these this morning. Why did my chocolate sauce not work? I followed the instructions but the sauce didn’t work out. It seemed to have spli5 and looked watery!
