Spanish chef Elena Arzak makes her Saturday Kitchen début serving up a langoustine prawn expressed made with steamed langoustines with apple vapour using an espresso machine.
Elena Arzak is a Spanish chef. She is joint head chef of three Michelin starred restaurant Arzak alongside her father, Juan Mari Arzak, and was named best Female Chef in the World in 2012.
Elena says: “This recipe will take some organising (prawns are steamed through ‘apple vapour’ pushed through a home espresso machine). But there’s no doubt that you’ll have something interesting to talk about over dinner.”
