Nadiya Hussain served up a tasty saag paneer pilau rice with boiled eggs and pickled red cabbage on Nadiya’s Fast Flavours.
The ingredients are: 6 tbsp ghee, 4 tsp cumin seeds, 4 garlic cloves, minced, 1 brown onion, grated, 225g paneer, cut into cubes, 150g spinach, 1 lemon, juice only, 2 tsp salt, 400g basmati rice and 800ml hot water.
To serve (optional): 6 large free-range eggs, at room temperature and pickled red cabbage.
