The Bikers served up a tasty BBQ rack of lamb with herb crust, honey roasted vegetables together with a red wine and redcurrant gravy on The Hairy Bikers Go North.
The ingredients for the lamb are: 2 racks of lamb, French trimmed, fat scored, 400g fresh white breadcrumbs, 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, flaked sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
