John Whaite served up tasty meringues with hazelnuts and butterscotch sauce on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 4 large free-range egg whites, 275g dark brown muscovado sugar, 5g cocoa powder, 40g hazelnuts, 50g unsalted butter and 250ml double cream.
