Simon Rimmer served up a delicious crema Catalana with milk, orange peel and vanilla on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 500ml milk, A peel of orange, cinnamon stick, tsp vanilla, 7 yolks, 90g sugar, 1 heaped tbsp cornflour and a tbsp of sugar mixed with a pinch on cinnamon per ramekin to brulee.
