Chefs Theo Randall and Jack Stein join James Martin in his Saturday Kitchen to serve up two delicious plates of food this Easter for actor and musician Gary Kemp to try.
Theo makes Lamb shoulder with purple sprouting broccoli and says about his dish:
“It is a really easy one-pot recipe. Don’t be tempted to skip the anchovies – they impart a wonderful savoury flavour to the lamb.”
Jack Stein cooks Cornish chilli crab that is a variant of Singapore chilli crab that is much less sweet. He says about his dish:
“This is fresh crab dressed with a sticky, slightly spicy sauce. Serve with a crisp salad.”
