Olly Smith served up a refreshing super smoothie with banana, berries and chia seeds on Ainsley’s Food We Love.
The ingredients are: 100g frozen mixed berries, 1/2 banana, 2 tsp Greek yoghurt, semi-skimmed milk and a pinch of milled chia seeds (optional).
