Ainsley Harriott served up a tasty quick tomato chutney on Ainsley’s Food We Love.
The ingredients are: 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 red onion, finely chopped, 1 clove of garlic, grated, 400g cherry tomatoes, halved, 1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, 2 tsp tomato ketchup, , 1 tbsp white wine vinegar or cider vinegar, 1 tsp of light brown sugar, 1 tsp finely chopped fresh coriander or parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
