Paul A Young served up a delicious cheesecake Easter mess egg with double cream, soft fruit and berries on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 small Easter egg, small handful colourful sprinkles, 25g icing sugar, 100g cream cheese, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 150ml double cream and50g berries, soft fruit, smashed mini eggs, cookies or brownies.
To serve: mini eggs, to garnish, cookies, to garnish, sprig fresh mint, to garnish and edible flowers, to garnish.
