Ruby Bhogal served up a delicious chocolate monkey bread for Easter on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 200ml Oat Milk (you can use regular), 85g Unsalted Butter, melted, 2 Medium Eggs, 550g Strong Bread Flour, 10g Dried Fast Acting Yeast, 10g Salt, 50g Golden Caster Sugar, 1tbsp Cinnamon Powder, 100g Milk Chocolate, chunks, 50g Pecans, chopped and 1tbsp Maple Syrup.
To Assemble: 125g Unsalted Butter, melted, 220g Light Brown Sugar, 2tbsp Cocoa Powder, 1tbsp Cinnamon Powder and 75g Milk Chocolate, chunks.
For the glaze: 30g Unsalted Butter (melted), ½ tsp Vanilla Bean Paste/Extract, 2tbsp Oat Milk, Pinch of Cinnamon Powder, 25g Milk Chocolate and 90g Icing Sugar.
