Lamb Shanks Curry with flatbreads and Five-spice whole roast duck plum sauce by James Martin for food heaven and food hell for Engelbert Humperdinck on Saturday Kitchen

Indian born music legend Engelbert Humperdinck visit Saturday Kitchen Live to face Food Heaven or Food Hell as voted for by the viewers and today’s guest chefs Ben Tish and Galton Blackiston.

Engelbert’ food heaven is Lamb shanks curry madras with coriander and mint rice and flatbreads cooked by James Martin. James says: “This dish is a beautifully spiced lamb slowly cooked for a full-flavour curry. Have fun making your own flatbreads on the hob.”

Engelbert’ food hell is five-spice whole roast duck with pancakes, cucumber, spring onion and plum sauce.
