Melissa Hemsley served up a delicious fruit bowl bake oats, apples and bananas on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 4 medium apples, 3 large ripe bananas, 100g rolled oats, quinoa or buckwheat flakes, 75g ground almonds, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 150g unsalted butter, at room temperature, 4 eggs, 3 tbsp maple syrup and A small pinch of salt.
