John Torode served up a tasty beef and mushroom stroganoff with pappardelle pasta in a creamy sauce on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 300g quality fillet steak, 1 large onion, sliced, 1tsp paprika, Handful button mushrooms, sliced, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 2-3 tbsp creme fraiche or sour cream, 2-3 tbsp double cream, A really good handful of parsley, chopped, 300g Pappardelle pasta, Olive oil, Salt and pepper.
