Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall served up a tasty omelette slaw with tamari sauce on This Morning.
The ingredients are: A wedge of white or red cabbage (about 150g), 1 large or 2 medium carrots (about 150g), 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce, 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil, Juice of ½ lime or small lemon, 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger, A scrap of garlic (about ¼ clove), finely grated, 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted if you like (optional), 2-3 medium eggs , A pinch of dried chilli flakes (optional), A few drops of vegetable oil, for frying , 1-2 tbsp tamari-roasted seeds, Sea salt and black pepper.
