Nigella Lawson black forest brownies with cherries, hazelnuts and rosemary recipe

Nigella Lawson helped Tim Lovejoy to make her delicious black forest brownies with cherries, hazelnuts and rosemary for the festive season on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are; 150g dried cherries, 75ml kirsh (or orange juice, 200g dark chocolate(70% cocoa solids, preferably labelled ‘for cooking’, 200g unsalted butter, 100g dark muscovado sugar, 225g caster sugar, 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, 25g cocoa, 4 large eggs, at room temperature, 100g toasted hazelnuts, 150g plain flour (or gluten plain flour), 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary needles and icing sugar, for dusting.
