James Martin creamy cheese fondue with pancetta, carrots and potatoes recipe on This Morning

James Martin served up a tasty creamy cheese fondue with pancetta, carrots and potatoes on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 100ml white wine, 3 tsp cornflour, 500g grated cheddar cheese, 500g grated gruyere cheese, 100ml crème fraîche and Salt and pepper.

To serve: 18 baby carrots, roasted with equal quantities butter, sugar and 5 star anise, 200g baby radish, 400g baby potatoes, blanched and wrapped in pancetta then roasted , 300g Chicken strips, 400g bread chunks wrapped in pancetta strips and roasted and 1 jar cornichons, drained.
