Nigella Lawson anchovy elixir dip recipe on Nigella’s Cook, Eat, Repeat

Nigella Lawson served up a tasty anchovy elixir dip on Nigella’s Cook, Eat, Repeat.

The ingredients are: 100g salt-packed anchovies (not the ones in oil), 3 fat garlic cloves, peeled, 2½ tbsp lemon juice, 175ml extra virgin olive oil and 125ml cold water.
