John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a tasty Bombay-style pomme Anna (potato cake) on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 6 large potatoes, very thinly sliced, 50 – 60g butter, 2 tsp curry powder, 1 large red chilli, diced and 1 thumb of ginger, grated.
