Mary Berry makes fantastic Yorkshire puddings for Sunday lunch on today’s episode of Mary Berry Cooks.
Mary says: “I have made a few Yorkshire Puddings in my time, and I think mine are the best.“
She reveals who to make the perfect Yorkshire puddings ahead of time and reheat them when it’s time to serve and they will be as good as if you’d just made them.
For her Yorkshire Puddings, Mary used the following ingredients: 100g plain flour, ¼ tsp salt, 3 large free-range eggs, 225ml milk and sunflower oil.
