Alex Hollywood served up a delicious pineapple and cinnamon tarte tatin on Ainsley’s Food We Love.
The ingredients are: 1500g pack ready-made puff pastry, 1 fresh pineapple peeled cored and chopped into rounds the cut into semicircles, 70g caster sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 40g butter, 1 egg, 300ml double cream, 1 lime, juice and zest and 1 1/2 tbsp icing sugar.
