James Martin strawberry compote and traditional raspberry jam recipe Masterclass on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up delicious homemade strawberry compote, traditional raspberry jam using jam sugar and a mulberry jam using caster sugar in his jam Masterclass on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredient for the compote are: 400g strawberries, hulled, 400g caster sugar and 1 lemon, juice only.

For the traditional raspberry jam: 500g raspberries and 500g jam sugar.
