Donna Hay served up tasty crispy noodle omelette with broccoli, bean sprouts and kecap manis on Saturday Kitchen .
The ingredients are: 75g dried rice noodles, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 1 tbsp finely grated ginger, 1 tbsp grapeseed or vegetable oil, 60g Tenderstem broccoli, trimmed and halved lengthways, 4 free-range eggs, lightly beaten, 50g bean sprouts, trimmed, 2 spring onions, sliced and few small coriander sprigs.
To serve: chilli sauce and kecap manis (sweet soy sauce).
