Jack Stein showcased his steak cooking skills in a steak masterclass on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients for the steak are: 4 x 230g Ribeye steak, grass fed, 2tbsp olive oil, 150g salted butter, 1 x small bunch of thyme and Pinch of salt.
For the salad: 1 x Iceburg lettuce, cut into 8 wedges and 20g Ranch dressing.
For the ranch dressing: 150g Mustard mayonnaise, 4g Red miso paste, 75g Sour cream, 1 x Garlic clove, finely chopped, 50g Buttermilk, 15ml White wine vinegar, 4g Sea salt, Small handful chives, finely chopped and Small handful parsley, finely chopped
