Brian Turner served up a tasty cheese and leek pudding with pickled beetroot on Ainsley’s Food We Love.
The ingredients are: 225g grated mature cheddar cheese, 55g butter(for the pie), 450g leeks, 4 eggs, 1/2pt double cream, 1/2 pt milk, pinch cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, pinch nutmeg, 170g white breadcrumbs, 30g butter(for the beetroot), 4 cooked beetroot and a splash white vine vinegar.
