James Martin stuffed garlic roasted spatchcock chicken with garlic Caesar salad recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a tasty stuffed garlic roasted spatchcock chicken with garlic Caesar salad on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 x corn fed chicken spatch cocked, 200g butter soft, 7 cloves garlic, peeled, 1 bunch parsley chopped, 2 slices thick cut bread, 1 lemon juice only, 50ml olive oil and Salt and pepper.

For the salad: 2 cos lettuce, sliced and 50g shaved Parmesan.

For the dressing: 2 egg yolks, 1 tbs Dijon mustard, 200ml veg oil, 1 clove garlic, 2 anchovies and 1 tbs white wine vinegar.
