Ainsley Harriott mince beef with potato and onion pie recipe on Ainsley’s Food We Love

Ainsley Harriott served up a tasty mince beef with potato and onion pie, with green vegetables and gravy on Ainsley’s Food We Love.

The ingredients are: 400g plain flour, pinch of salt, 200g butter, chilled and cubed, 3-5 tsp cold water, 1 egg, beaten with a dash of milk, to glaze, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 large onion finely chopped, 1 clove of garlic, crushed, 750g good quality minced beef steak, 2 tbsp plain flour, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tbsp HP brown sauce, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 large potatoes, peeled and cubed, 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
