Lesley Waters served up a tasty grilled pineapple with Smoked Chicken and Sambal Salad on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 large sweet ripe pineapple, 1 red chilli, halved, deseeded and finely chopped, 30ml (2tbsp) runny honey and 2 oranges, juice only.
For the sambal Salad: 1 large smoked chicken breast finely shredded, 170g cashew nuts, toasted, chopped, 1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped, 1 small pot coriander, roughly chopped, 20ml extra virgin rapeseed oil and Juice 1 lime.
