Jamie Oliver served up sticky teriyaki aubergine with chilli, peanuts and a sweet and salty Japanese teriyaki sauce on Jamie’s Quick and Easy Food.
The ingredients are: 1 large aubergine, (400g), 4 spring onions, 1 fresh red or yellow chilli, 20 g unsalted peanuts and 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce.
