Jamie Oliver served up a tasty aromatic lamb curry with aubergines, vinegar and rogan josh curry paste on Jamie’s Quick and Easy Food.
The ingredients are: 400 g lamb shoulder , bone out, 2 large onions, 2 large aubergines , (800g total), 2 tablespoons rogan josh curry paste and 200 g natural yoghurt.
