Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up a tasty moussaka with veggie mince, aubergines, tomato sauce and a egg, yoghurt, mustard and fetta cheese topping on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 2-3 aubergines, Splash of olive oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 cloves garlic, 1 tsp gd cinnamon, 1 tspn gd cumin, 2 tins chopped tomatoes, Teaspoon of sugar, 350g Quorn mince, 300g greek natural yogurt, 100g feta cheese, 1 tsp Dijon mustard and 1 egg.
