John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a delicious Greek style rack of lamb with orzo, parsley and green olives on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 x 8 bone rack of lamb, 1 onion, sliced, 1 clove garlic, smashed, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika, 1 tsp dried oregano, 200g orzo, 500ml chicken or veg stock, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, A handful green or black olives, Parsley, chopped, 1 lemon, Salt and pepper, a little oil.
