Ian and Henry’s Chinese duck pancake with hoisin sauce recipe on Living On The Veg

Henry Firth and Ian Theasby served up tasty meat free Chinese duck pancake with hoisin sauce on Living On The Veg.

The ingredients are: 600g king oyster mushrooms, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp chicken seasoning and 1 tbsp Chinese five spice.

For the pancakes: 1 medium cucumber, 8 spring onions, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 10g coriander (leaves), 6 tbsp hoisin sauce and 12 Chinese pancakes.
