James Martin showcases his granny’s bacon sarnie recipe on today’s episode of James Martin: Home Comforts Childhood Favourites.
James says: “You should use proper bacon for this, and what I mean is, it should be dried cured back bacon and fry the tomatoes in the say pan as the bacon to mix the two flavours together.”
The master chef also says that a really good bacon sandwich should fill you up for the entire day.
