Gino D’Acampo served up a delicious No-bake chocolate and hazelnut cheesecake with chocolate chip cookies and cream cheese on Gino’s Italian Express.
The ingredients for the base are: 300g chocolate chip cookies and 150g salted butter, melted.
For the filling: 700g full-fat cream cheese (room temperature), 50g icing sugar, 400g chocolate spread, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, sieved.
For the topping: 200g chocolate spread, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 80ml double cream and 80g toasted hazelnuts, chopped.
