James Martin served up a delicious French classic apple tarte tatin with cream on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 75g butter, 150g caster sugar, 8 – 10 Pink Lady apples, peeled, cored and cut in half and 150g all butter puff pastry, rolled into a circle.
Vanilla ice cream or clotted cream, to serve.
