Phillip Schofield served up tasty BBQ bonfire night pork ribs with tomato, mustard and liquid smoke sauce on This Morning. The ribs were given a seal of approval by now other than chef Gino D’Acampo.
The ingredients are: 2 racks pork spare ribs, For the dry spice rub, 4 tbsp dark brown sugar, 5 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp ground ginger, 5 tbsp ground black pepper, 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp chilli powder, 2 tbsp ground cumin and 2 tbsp ground coriander.
For the sauce: 240ml tomato sauce, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 50ml orange juice, 5 tbsp cider vinegar and 1 tsp liquid smoke.
