Vivek Singh served up a tasty vegetarian paneer butter masala with puris on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients for the puris are: 500g plain or chapati flour (or half and half), 2 tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar, 1 tsp ajwain seeds, 1 tsp nigella seeds, 1 tbsp ghee or oil and 2 tbsp vegetable oil, plus extra for deep-frying.
