Gino served up tasty mussels and clams with cherry tomatoes and white wine from Casa D’Acampo on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2kg mussels and clams, cleaned and beards removed, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced, 1 tsp dried chilli flakes, Small bunch fresh flat leaf parsley, roughly torn, 300g cherry tomatoes, cut in half, Splash of white wine, Salt and Crusty bread, to serve.
