James Martin makes a Chocolate and clementine steamed sponge pudding with orange sauce on today’s episode of James Martin: Home Comforts.

James says: “If you like the combination of chocolate and orange then this is the pudding for you. The clementines are festive enough to make this an alternative to Christmas pudding.”

The master chef also recommends that you use clementines that are not too ripe to prevent the juices from running everywhere.
