Davina Mccall served up a tasty Friday night chilli with pork, sweet potatoes, brown rice and black eyed beans on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 red pepper, chopped, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 500g pork mince, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp chipotle paste or other hot sauce, to taste, 400g tin beans (such as borlotti, pinto, black-eyed peas, black), drained and rinsed. 400g tin tomatoes and 250g sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into large dice.
To serve: Brown basmati rice, grated cheese, diced avocado, soured cream, handfuls of chopped fresh coriander and lime wedges.
