James Tanner and Dean Edwards served up tasty flatbread padina pasty on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 300g good quality lean minced beef, 1 diced peeled potato, 1 diced stick celery, 1 diced carrot, ½ diced white onion, 1 clove minced garlic, 4 sprigs picked thyme, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 2 tbsp plain flour, 150ml red wine, 200ml beef stock, 1 tbsp chopped parsley and 4 Padina or Kobez bread wraps.
